HireArt is helping their client hire a Vehicle Testing Specialist to be responsible for daily testing activities for its autonomous vehicle programs. In this role, you will execute test plans, support a wide range of testing functions, and report on testing outcomes to provide crucial information for the software development teams.

Responsibilities

Execute test plans on AV and ADAS development vehicles
Coordinate and improve testing procedures together with SW engineers and operations teams
Provide detailed notes and formal reports of testing activities and results
Work with the vehicle operators to conduct testing professionally and efficiently
Be a safety champion for the vehicle testing programs

Required

2+ years of hardware or software testing, data entry, or similar technical experience
Experience with troubleshooting issues on computers or other hardware
Must be extremely detail-oriented
A collaborative mindset and deep interest in understanding the functionality of autonomy software
Prior experience with ADAS, autonomous vehicles, or other automotive work

Preferred

Experience in the following: Software development practices
Linux
Software tools/services like Slack, Jira, and Confluence
Google Workspace
