Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team
Oversee product research, development, testing, and optimization
Provide expert technical consultation to clients and internal teams
Partner with sales and marketing on training and product resources
Guide commercial strategy and ensure revenue and performance goals are met
Qualification
Required
PE or SE license required
Bachelors in Civil Engineering with 8+ years in geotechnical/structural design
Strong foundation in soil mechanics, deep foundations, and construction
Proven leadership and team management experience
Skilled in AutoCAD, Inventor, and materials such as steel and concrete
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada
