Strategic Events & Programs Lead - OCI
Oracle is a leading company in cloud infrastructure, and they are seeking a Strategic Events & Programs Manager to lead the planning and execution of OCI Product Marketing’s events. This role focuses on delivering OCI’s product marketing story through impactful events tailored for various audiences, ensuring alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of OCI Product Marketing’s internal and external events
Ensure that OCI’s product marketing story is delivered consistently and impactfully through events
Partner closely with GTM leadership, product marketing, campaigns, sales, and executives to bring OCI’s priorities to life
Design agendas, shape content flow, and manage execution end to end
Focus on connecting events back to OCI’s go-to-market strategy and sales plays
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution
Strong understanding of product marketing and go-to-market strategies
Ability to design impactful experiences for diverse audiences
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong communication skills in English (read, write, and speak)
Ability to manage execution end to end
Experience working with executives and senior leadership
Ability to balance creativity with disciplined execution
