Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness in the model's responses
Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HRIS projects
