Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct systems upgrades and migrations

Troubleshoot by identifying the root cause of issues/problems, defining a resolution, and working to successfully resolve

Apply a deep understanding of system administration, infrastructure, and network architecture to ensure efficient, reliable, and optimal systems operations and up time

Perform regular systems backups and disaster recovery procedures

Configure and Maintain network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems

Conduct system performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure scalability

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users

Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
