Required

Graduation from an accredited law school
Valid membership in and licensure by the State bar where you live
5+ years relevant experience

Proficiency in breaking down complex issues into manageable components, developing logical progressions
Effective collaboration with other subject matter experts
Self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects, and driving them to completion

Preferred

Previous experience in BigLaw or specialized boutique law firms
In-house legal experience
Robust personal and professional networks
Additional business-related experience, such as startup leadership, consulting, or an MBA program
Excellent educational credentials
