Responsibilities
Partnering across marketing, product and engineering to deliver delightful mobile-first, video-led experiences
Build trusted relationships with strategic customers
Champion cross-doctype collaboration, ensuring Video integrates seamlessly across the visual suite
Set and communicate a clear product vision, inspiring teams and aligning stakeholders company-wide
Track and measure success against key growth, adoption, and revenue metrics
Qualification
Required
10+ years in product experience, with a focus on AI-powered experiences, social media and video tools
Experience with mobile product teams, with a sharp eye for performance, UX and content
Strategic, principle-driven builder - able to make product decisions through leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs
Ability to make decisions and guide the team on ambiguous new areas
Leadership - ability to lead through change and ambiguity, keeping teams highly motivated through ups and downs
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment - strong communicator who is able to work and drive alignment across all levels and teams
Ability to set a product strategy and vision and get alignment and cross functional partnership
Track record of impact - is truly impact & goals focused, with a proven history of driving user growth and revenue
User experience - is passionate about the user and building delightful user experiences, particularly for enterprise and professional segments
Experience working with AI/ML technologies and understanding how to create value through AI-powered features
Visual thinker - someone who thinks and communicates visually
