Inner Circle Agency is a fast-growing supplier of high-voltage transformer and substation equipment serving clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors. They are seeking a self-driven Sales Account Manager to lead business development in the North American energy sector, focusing on building client relationships and executing sales strategies.

Build and execute sales strategies to grow market share
Manage and expand client relationships through proactive communication
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
Participate in trade shows and face-to-face client meetings
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals
Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the electrical equipment or energy sector
Strong understanding of transformer products or power distribution systems
Ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Background in engineering, business, or related field
Experience selling high-voltage or substation products
Familiarity with energy infrastructure procurement cycles
