Responsibilities
Manage crews to complete jobs on time and under budget
Manage use of materials and track for billing
Complete daily paperwork accurately
Train crew members on new techniques or to improve existing knowledge
Communicate daily with manager on job progress
Ensure safe operation of equipment by all team members
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 3 year of landscape installation experience
Experience with landscape equipment such as mini excavators and skid steers
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Clean and valid driver's license
Complete knowledge of plant installation and aftercare
Complete knowledge of hardscape and low voltage lighting installation
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality work
Attention to detail
Physically lift landscape materials and work long hours in all-weather types

Experience managing a crew
