Experience in the environmental assessment, permitting, document preparation and construction management quality assurance of solid waste disposal facilities

Ability to coordinate the regulatory agency review process and interface with regulatory agencies

Ability to develop and monitor operational compliance strategies to meet federal, state and local regulatory requirements

Experience with capitol tracking systems and capital budgeting
