Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day transaction execution across buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising assignments
Lead preparation of financial models, valuations, pitch materials, and client presentations
Coordinate due diligence processes and act as a primary point of contact for clients and counterparties
Provide guidance, training, and oversight to Analysts and Interns, ensuring quality deliverables
Support business development efforts, including preparation of pitches and participation in client meetings
Collaborate with colleagues across Alantra’s global offices to deliver seamless cross-border advisory

Required

3–5 years of investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development experience; healthcare sector experience preferred
Strong academic record; bachelor's degree required (business, finance, economics, or related field)
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills; ability to manage complex analyses independently
Strong client-facing skills and ability to present with confidence
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to supervise and mentor junior professionals
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses required (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
