Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4–6 years of relevant experience
Advanced proficiency in corporate finance, investment banking practices, and valuation
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
Effective client-facing communication and presentation skills
Ability to synthesize financial and market data into actionable recommendations
Mentorship of analysts
Preferred
Series 79 and 63 licenses
