Lead day-to-day finance operations, including AP, accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting
Oversee financial systems and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Serve as a key financial contact for external partners and inquiries
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of internal and external financial reports
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Mentor and lead finance staff across functions
Support executive leadership with financial insights and strategic planning
Qualification
Required
Strong background in healthcare finance, with specific experience in the skilled nursing sector
Proven experience overseeing AP, accounting, cash management, and reporting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and improving financial processes
