Responsibilities
Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current team members
Works cartons and pallets throughout the Distribution Center
Receiving (unloading pallets and/or cartons)
Sorting cartons onto pallets
Loading (loading pallets onto outbound trailers)
Follow directions provided by Leads or Managers
Qualification
Required
1+ years warehousing or training experience
Ability to learn and train on various tasks required in a DC environment
Ability to work with others in a positive environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily
Ability to operate material handling equipment
Ability to lift 50 pounds required
