They are partnering with a stealth-mode consumer startup at the intersection of gaming and digital collectibles, looking for a Growth Lead to shape customer acquisition and retention strategies in a fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities
Lead paid social acquisition campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), owning strategy, execution, and ROI optimization
Build and manage influencer and partnership programs end-to-end
Design and oversee CRM strategy (HubSpot), including automation, segmentation, and performance reporting
Run experiments across the customer funnel to drive both acquisition and retention
Create and manage dashboards to deliver data-driven insights to the leadership team
Collaborate closely with the founders to shape go-to-market strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience in growth, marketing, or strategy
Strong foundation in analytics and data-driven decision making
Prior experience in a B2C startup growth role or top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity
Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and/or influencer partnerships
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy startup environment
Preferred
Proficiency with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools
CRM platform experience (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success in building and scaling growth functions at an early-stage company
