Responsibilities

Contribute to long-term strategic thinking and help define the design vision for an exciting new layer of the marketing stack

Craft intuitive and cohesive user experiences via wireframes, mocks, animations, user journeys and user profiles applying best practices across our multiple products

Work closely with Product, Engineering and Client Strategy teams to continue developing and maintaining a set of best practices for design across our ecosystem

Synthesize information from research, data, user feedback, client requests and company vision to develop designs

Communicate with research, data and user feedback how designs align with the product goals and vision of the company

Develop a deep understanding of the Platform, the product goals, as well as the user and client perspectives

Re-evaluate existing assumptions and stay up to date on design best practices, principles and innovations via independent research and team collaboration

Learn and grow through feedback cycles, 1-1 conversations, and broader team trainings

Gain knowledge of the nonprofit giving and e-commerce enablement spaces
