Responsibilities
Manage a full docket of employment law matters for major clients
EEOC, DOL, and other administrative agency charges
EPLI-covered and single-plaintiff employment litigation
Attorney demand letters
All phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and hearings
Case strategy, supervision of junior attorneys, and collaboration with senior partners
Qualification
Required
Senior-level attorney with 8+ years of employment litigation experience
Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution
Law firm experience required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
Strong communication, writing, and litigation skills
Preferred
EPLI experience preferred
