Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight of AP, RCM, accounting, and cash flow
Manage all bank reporting and financial compliance
Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning
Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for potential deals
Monitor and manage costs, including payroll and staffing strategies
Review financials with operations leadership and provide actionable insights
Collaborate closely with operations teams to develop and execute strategic plans
Hold department leaders accountable to financial performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Proven senior-level financial leadership experience; SNF experience strongly preferred
Strong FP&A skills, with ability to improve margins and manage budgets
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Highly accountable, detail-oriented, and strategic in approach
