Responsibilities
Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base
Serve as an advocate for customer needs
Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
Address technical inquiries regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services
Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and raised issues
Qualification
Required
12+ years of demonstrated ability with SCM solutions and 3+ years with Oracle SCM Cloud implementations/support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven professional/technical experience with an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level (preferably Oracle)
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
