Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting, RCM, and financial operations across a multi-site SNF organization
Lead modernization and streamlining of finance, billing, and reporting systems
Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Oversee cost reporting and regulatory compliance
Maintain and develop banking relationships and manage loan agreements
Provide executive leadership on financial strategy and risk management
Collaborate with operations teams to monitor and improve facility performance
Drive initiatives to increase EBITDA and long-term financial health
Qualification
Required
CPA or equivalent financial designation strongly preferred
Extensive financial leadership experience in the skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care industry
Deep understanding of SNF cost reporting, RCM workflows, and payer dynamics
Proven success managing complex financial operations and improving systems
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
