Responsibilities

Developing a sales onboarding program and ongoing learning including self-paced and facilitator-led sessions
Managing an AI roleplay platform that will be used to help reps practice pitches and objection-handling
Working closely with reps and managing responses to RFPs to ensure consistent, high-quality proposals
Collaborating with product marketing to stay up to date on the latest feature releases and enabling the sales and customer success team as appropriate

Required

Five years of sales enablement experience, with a strong preference for those who have developed programs from the ground up
Experience contributing to RFP responses in a B2B environment
Demonstrated ability to influence and gain buy-in from executives and senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Salesforce
Proficient in Google Suite
Located in Redwood City, CA or Bay Area, CA

Preferred

Training development: Ability to design self-paced and in-person training programs
Sales experience: Deep understanding of sales methodologies and the sales process
AI experience: Experience managing AI sales simulations and using other AI development tools
Cross-functional leadership: Drive alignment and strategy between multiple teams outside of sales
Enablement platforms: Experience managing sales enablement or other content management platforms
Project management: Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives
Detail Oriented: You have a high degree of attention to small details along with the ability to quickly iterate
