Creative Director
David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat, aiming to become the most popular high-protein bar in North America. The Creative Director will play a critical role in shaping the brand's identity and ensuring creative work is consistent and culturally relevant across various channels.

Responsibilities
Ensure brand alignment and creative direction is strong across visual, verbal, and experiential brand touchpoints including packaging, campaigns, social, retail media, and experiential activations
Drive the creative development of campaigns, photoshoots, and content creation across channels (social, paid, DTC, trade, email, OOH)
Partner with the Director of Creative Operations to strengthen creative systems and processes that enable high-quality output at scale
Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and agency partners to deliver best-in-class creative assets
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth/Marketing, Customer Experience, R&D, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to bring ideas to life and ensure creative alignment
Maintain and continuously evolve brand guidelines, packaging architecture, and storytelling frameworks
Champion storytelling that resonates emotionally with consumers and builds long-term brand equity
Elevate the brand through its core values of beauty, intelligence, and discipline
Lead the charge in spotting cultural shifts and creative trends, ensuring David’s work stays fresh, relevant, and inspiring
Qualification
Required
Experience in creative direction and brand management
Strong understanding of visual, verbal, and experiential brand touchpoints
Proven ability to drive creative development across multiple channels
Experience collaborating with designers, freelancers, and agency partners
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
Experience maintaining and evolving brand guidelines
Strong storytelling skills that resonate with consumers
Ability to identify cultural shifts and creative trends
