Responsibilities
Safely lift and carry paint buckets weighing up to 60 lbs and bags weighing up to 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and organized work area through consistent sweeping and cleanup tasks
Accurately tape down strips of tar paper to promote safe and effective applications
Collect and dispose of trash and debris at the end of each workday, ensuring a tidy site
Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of painting and thermo equipment following daily operations
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout the day
Qualification
Required
Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and perform demanding tasks safely
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and submit to a drug screening
