The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Claims Adjuster – Automotive for their growing team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating vehicle repair costs to determine coverage and liability, while also handling inbound customer calls regarding claims processing.

Answering inbound calls

Provide information about claim processing and explain the different levels of contract coverage and terms

Accurately establish, review and authorize claims

Entering claim and contract information into the AGWS’ system

Qualification

Automotive mechanic experienceAdjusting automobile claimsASE certificationMulti-tasking skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

2+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic within a service department, dealership, or independent shop

2+ years of experience adjusting automobile mechanical claims

Must have a quiet designated work space to work from home

Must have reliable internet with at least a download speed of 50mbps

Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

High school diploma

Preferred

ASE certification is a plus
