Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage client accounts, ensuring that all financial services are delivered effectively and efficiently
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and manage account details
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive support and enhance client experience
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services
Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to management for timely resolution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or account management, preferably within the financial services sector
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients effectively
Demonstrated experience in relationship management and providing outstanding customer support
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently in a hybrid work environment
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
