Miris is a cutting-edge technology company focused on 3D content delivery. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand their Retail partnerships by recruiting new customers and technology partners while supporting the growth of their customer and partner communities.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and engage new customers, technology partners, and system integrators in the Retail space
Drive business development and sales efforts, including prospecting, outbound communication, and pipeline management
Maintain customer records, track engagement, and contribute to detailed customer reporting
Serve as a first point of contact for Retail customer and partner inquiries, connecting them with internal technical experts as needed
Collaborate with the SVP of Business Development to design scalable customer and partner processes, resources, and engagement strategies
Meet with customers and partners to deliver industry-specific requirements back to Miris

Required

3–5 years of experience in business development in Retail, partnerships, sales, or customer success
Domain knowledge and contacts in the Retail Space, and a passion for prospecting
Familiarity with the Retail ecosystem, including relevant technology partners and system integrators, or B2B SaaS partnerships
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset and a desire to learn and grow in a high-impact business development environment
Experience working in a startup, high-growth, or remote-first environment
Comfort with CRM, partner management, or customer support tools

Preferred

Experience with Unity, Web, and AR/VR app experiences is a plus
