SAP Supply Chain Management Architect

Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of SAP SCM solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices
Translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable SAP configurations and custom solutions
Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP modules including MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, and IBP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data and process integration across systems
Provide technical leadership during SAP SCM projects, including blueprinting, development, testing, and deployment
Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend enhancements to improve supply chain performance. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, solution roadmaps, and technical specifications
Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in SAP SCM solution design and implementation
5+ years in an architect or lead consultant role on large-scale SAP projects
Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
Hands-on experience integrating SAP SCM with third-party systems and automation technologies
Experience in global supply chain environments with multi-site, multi-country operations
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies
Demonstrated success in designing and integrating SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP) with third-party systems such as WMS, TMS, MES, and PLM
Experience working in global, multi-site, and multi-language environments, supporting complex supply chain networks
Deep expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP)
Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and planning
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines
Proven ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options
The ability to translate among the vocabulary used by executives, business, IT, and stakeholders
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
Preferred
SAP certifications in SCM modules is preferred
