Designing high quality email campaigns
Email flows
Sign-up forms (pop-ups)
Animations
Email design systems
Working day-to-day in one of our squads
Interacting with various members of our fulfillment team
Adapting and calibrating designs to various clients
Joining daily standup calls and weekly squad tactical calls
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in email design (portfolio or Figma file with email examples are required), digital marketing, email marketing or eCommerce. Experience in an email marketing agency is a big plus
Advanced in Figma (knowledge of outolayout is a must)
Strong knowledge of PS, AE, AI
Proficient in animation creation in PS and AE
Experience in Klaviyo Email Builder
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design techniques
Detail-oriented - There are many moving parts to everything we do, and we need you to have attention to detail
Commitment to Excellence - A passion for maintaining high standards in design and overall quality, with a strong attention to detail
Adaptability & Innovation - Comfort with change and the ability to think outside the box, innovate, and refine systems for better efficiency and results
Ambitious self-starter- We'll provide you with the training you'll need, but it's important to be an autonomous problem solver too. Be curious and hungry to learn. Have grit
Great communicator- As a remote team, we rely on clear communication to stay on track and do our best work
Great at time management - You'll need a well-balanced sense of urgency. We base our success on providing results fast for our clients, so we need you to be able to keep up with the pace
Preferred
Knowledge of Zeplin is a plus
Experience with project management tool ClickUp is highly preferred
Experience with Slack for effective team communication
Comfortable with Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar etc.)
