Performance Creative Strategist
allPure is dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality supplements and is looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to lead the creative process focused on UGC ads and psychology-based creatives for paid marketing channels. The role involves managing the creative process, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive measurable improvements in advertising metrics.

Responsibilities
Manage the full creative process (from scripting all the way to final creative) in order to produce high converting creatives on an ongoing basis
Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels with improved creatives
Script UGC Direct response creatives
Use data from creative performance on Meta to dissect, analyze and improve upon our creatives to continuously improve performance across our creatives
Work with our marketing team to come up with new creative concepts and ideas
Conduct strategic customer and competitor research to better optimize creative efforts
Provide creative reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Decide on the next steps needed to scale Meta Ads further through better creatives
Brainstorm and pitch weekly ad ideas aligned with direct response principles
Write 80-100 high-converting ad scripts per week for Meta Platforms
Come up with static ad ideas on a weekly basis
Analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights for future campaigns
Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure ads are visually compelling and on-brand
Adapt ad strategies to capitalize on emerging internet trends and consumer behaviors
Present performance analyses and creative strategies to the marketing team
Continuously refine ad concepts and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
Iterate on winning ads to create more winning assets to produce a better ROI
Qualification
Required
3+ Years Experience with performance creative for DTC brands or working at a creative agency is a must
Lots of experience with creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high converting content across paid channels
Ability to generate fresh ideas, write scripts, shot listing, and make data-driven decisions based on ad performance
No issue working overtime or on the weekends if needed
Excellent cultural fit as per our values above
Are excited to play a big role in scaling the company and work closely with the founders
Basic psychology-based copywriting skills
Fluent in English
Preferred
Experience with influencer/UGC partnerships
