Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and investors through proactive outreach and consistent engagement
Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to share Partners Finance’s investment opportunities and value proposition
Partner with External Wholesalers to maximize territory coverage, scheduling efficiency, and post-meeting follow-up
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors within the firm’s CRM
Coordinate advisor meetings, conferences, and investor events to support broader distribution efforts
Collaborate with the marketing, investor relations, and leadership teams to execute outreach strategies and campaigns
Maintain detailed, accurate records of activity and communications within CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
Participate in team planning sessions, internal calls, and occasional industry conferences to support overall fundraising goals
Represent Partners Finance with professionalism and integrity, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, real estate, or a related discipline
Interest in real estate and alternative investments—familiarity with REITs, DSTs, or private placements is a plus, but not required
Relationship-driven mindset with the ability to engage advisors, investors, and family offices through clear, confident communication
Demonstrated success in client-facing or sales support roles, preferably within financial services, investments, or real estate
Strong organizational skills and CRM management experience (Salesforce or similar), with sharp attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional presence
A collaborative, 'team-first' mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Willingness to study for and obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses (fully sponsored and paid for by Partners)
Occasional travel for meetings, events, and conferences

Preferred

Experience supporting sales, fundraising, or investor relations teams within finance, real estate, or capital markets
Exposure to private real estate offerings or investment products (direct experience a plus, but not required)
Comfort engaging with advisors and investors through Zoom, webinars, and virtual conferences
Familiarity with Salesforce or marketing automation platforms
A genuine passion for real estate investing, client relationships, and helping investors achieve their long-term goals
