Responsibilities
You will own content ideation, creation, distribution, and tracking
Research and generate high-impact keywords and topics
Collaborate with our content team to produce high-quality content
Determine the right content type for each topic (e.g., lead magnet, product page, video, tutorial, case study, short-form content, thought leadership piece)
Select the most effective platform for each content type (e.g., blog, Reddit, YouTube, etc.)
Manage and execute content distribution
Measure performance and improve content based on data
Run ongoing tests and experiments to drive growth in key metrics
Start with manual testing, then build systems to scale content ideation, creation, distribution, and tracking
Qualification
Required
Systems thinker. You think about content across platforms and content types
First-principles thinker. You question assumptions and don't rely on past SEO playbooks
Curious. You dig in to understand how things work
Strong writing skills
Proven track record of being able to drive organic traffic over a longer period of time
Preferred
Previous experience at a developer tools startup
Previous experience at a Series A or Series B startup
