Significant experience in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on complex development deals, joint venture arrangements, ground lease transactions, borrower-side financings, and franchise and management agreements
Comfortable leading deal execution, drafting and negotiating key transactional documents, and advising clients on structuring considerations across a range of asset types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality
Demonstrate leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring junior associates and working collaboratively with the team’s paralegals and closers
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of law firm experience
Significant experience in all facets of commercial real estate transactions
Experience with complex development deals, joint venture arrangements, ground lease transactions, borrower-side financings, and franchise and management agreements
Comfortable leading deal execution
Ability to draft and negotiate key transactional documents
Ability to advise clients on structuring considerations across a range of asset types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality
Strong foundation in joint venture structuring and ground lease transactions
Strong technical skills and business judgment
Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring junior associates
Ability to work collaboratively with the team's paralegals and closers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding academic credentials
Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to and in good standing with the relevant bar
