Responsibilities
Lead and/or support the identification, development, and origination of new advisory projects across M&A, Debt & Equity Advisory
Lead and/or support the firm’s transaction team to successfully execute and close live projects
Foster and/or support the building of new client relationships and the maintenance of long-term existent clients and stakeholders across the industry
Mentor, train, and manage the juniors within the team
Qualification
Required
Investment Banking (M&A and/or Project Finance) experience is essential
3-5 years as an Associate
11+ years as an MD
Bachelor's and/or MBA from a top ranked Institution
Deep sector expertise in PUI, Mid-Stream, Infrastructure & Renewables is essential
Established track record in originating and/or closing M&A, Debt & Equity Advisory mandates is needed
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to work independently or as part of a broader team
Ability to work towards strict internal and external objectives
Willingness to travel
