Legal Administrative Specialist
ANSER enhances national and homeland security by strengthening public institutions, and they are seeking a Legal Administrative Specialist. In this role, you will provide litigation support services by organizing and processing evidence for both civil and criminal cases while leveraging legal technology to assist ongoing casework.

Responsibilities
Organize, manage, and maintain legal case files for civil and criminal litigation matters
Process, review, and track evidence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal procedures
Provide technical assistance with legal technology systems to improve case management and workflow efficiency
Coordinate and prepare documentation to support legal teams during hearings and trials
Maintain records of case activity, filings, and correspondence to ensure accessibility and accountability
Support litigation teams by drafting and formatting case-related materials
Conduct research and compile information to aid attorneys and legal staff in case development
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned litigation support tasks
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI with CI Poly
Bachelor's degree in legal systems, business law, or a related administrative field
Minimum of 7 years of experience providing litigation support, including case management, evidence processing, and legal documentation
Demonstrated experience supporting civil and/or criminal case preparation
Experience providing technical assistance with legal technology systems
Preferred
Preferred Certifications: Accredited Legal Professional (ALP), Certified Legal Professional (CLP), Certified Paralegal (CP)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Experience collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and government staff
Proficiency in legal research and information management tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain case documentation in a structured and consistent manner
