Maintaining weekly cash flow for the branch

Build a high performing team through onboarding, coaching and development of branch team members

Manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk through adherence of all relevant regulations and bank procedures

Grow branch deposit through proactive activities, gain wallet share of consumer and business households
