Responsibilities
Supporting inception and elaboration to ensure optimal solution architecture and design
Directing and overseeing technical teams in construction of the designed solution
Developing custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements
Managing systems validation and defect resolution efforts
Collaborate with project leadership and client management to manage the engagement direction, pinpoint, and resolve high-level issues
Develop staff
Demonstrate technical prowess, as well as refined interpersonal and management skills
Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications
Ensuring that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development
Develop applications in languages including Pega Infinity, Cosmos and Constellation
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level
Qualification
Required
Pega CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect) or higher (LSA) is a MUST
5+ years of experience working with Pegasystems technologies
5+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing Business Process Management solutions on one or more technology platforms
Demonstrated success working within a team project structure, including possessing a variety of roles within those teams
Passionate coder with 3 years of application development experience
Breadth of experience with Pega Infinity, Cosmos and Constellation UI frameworks, Pega for Government framework
Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Self-starter who can work independently
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major
Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions
Preferred
Prefer candidates with Public Trust clearance
