Responsibilities

Develop wastewater and stormwater collection system models, conducting system planning, and performing regulatory studies
Provide valuable technical input on new and ongoing projects, guide technical teams, and help ensure the successful delivery of projects
Develop and review of technical reports
Lead client presentations, coordinating project deliverables, and contributing to scope definition and project pursuits
Enhance the technical knowledge within the team by attending workshops, presenting at industry events, and reviewing professional publications
Travel may be required for site visits, client meetings, or project oversight

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in water and hydraulic engineering
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or a Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain one within one year of hire
Strong experience with hydraulic modeling, particularly using SWMM and/or ICM, is essential, along with proficiency in GIS
excellent communication skills, both oral and written
deep understanding of wastewater hydraulic modeling and master planning

Preferred

Master's degree
Project delivery experience
Familiarity with computer programming tools like Power BI or Python
