They are seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business with new customers through their existing product lines, focusing on the supermarket and consumer packaged goods industries.

Responsibilities
Proactively identify and reach out to new prospects via cold calling, email outreach, and CRM-driven campaigns
Schedule and lead sales presentations virtually (Webex) and in person. Clearly communicate the value of iSEE’s merchandising solutions
Research, qualify, and nurture leads. Maintain accurate data and activity logs in Salesforce and HubSpot
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Trade, Industrial Design, Manufacturing) to align sales efforts with execution capabilities
Help identify new product opportunities and market channels for existing product lines
Represent iSEE at industry events and trade shows to build awareness and generate leads
Manage early-stage customer interactions, ensuring excellent service and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in CPG, grocery retail, or working with sales brokers
Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing new business
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Self-starter with high energy and a drive to grow within a dynamic organization
Willingness to travel for sales meetings and industry events
Preferred
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
