Provide hands-on application maintenance and support for urgent issues
Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication
Apply knowledge of retail processes including promotions, store operations, and sales
Utilize experience with FIORI related processes for Retail/Store Ops
Work with interfaces, batch jobs, and S/4 HANA
Qualification
Required
SAP Retail (7+ years)
SAP SD (7+ years)
S/4 HANA (7+ years)
Hands on experience in SAP Retail preferably worked with Retail clients
Application Maintenance Support (AMS) experience with ability to solve urgent issues
Ability to manage client relationship
Hands on knowledge in Retail processes like Promotions, store ops, store sales
Worked in FIORI related processes related to Retail/ Store Ops
Knowledge of interfaces / Batch jobs and S/4 Hana is a must
Must have experience in the Retail industry
