Account Executive

Audacy, Inc. is a leading multi-platform audio content and entertainment company, and they are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their sales team. The role involves building strong relationships with advertisers, developing new business, and creating successful multi-platform advertising campaigns to help clients meet their marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
Proactively develop new business by using all of our advertising and marketing assets
Continuously learning and training on new assets and marketing techniques
Create marketing campaigns and strategically sell to local and regional decision makers
Close business and oversee the execution of the marketing campaign and exceed client expectations
Provide exceptional customer service
Achieve sales objectives and goals
Continuously build your knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations

Required

Proven success in selling media, event/sponsorship sales, or digital platforms
Ability to develop new business and manage sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals
Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital, audio, event and interactive
A creative mind to put together unique campaigns focused on solving client needs
Strong problem solving skills - you're someone who identifies a problem as an opportunity to develop business
A positive attitude and a desire to continuously grow your income
Possess a hunter mentality with cold calling/prospecting experience
Have a proven ability to negotiate and close with a high level of success, and must easily build relationships
Consistently driving game-changing results, this individual knows how to identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using non-traditional and digital concepts
With excellent written and oral communication skills, this individual easily commands the room during presentations
Able to multi-task with a high degree of time management and organizational skills

Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) required
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required
