Responsibilities
Lead marketing and project execution efforts for Water and Wastewater projects in the Cleveland market area
Initiate meetings with potential clients and lead proposal efforts
Act as client liaison for Cleveland area Water and Wastewater process projects
Assist with project management and project execution in Cleveland and other market locations
Prepare and oversee preparation of technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates
Recruit staff to build our Water and Wastewater services in the Cleveland area
Collaborate with multidiscipline departments throughout the firm for successful project execution
Promote cross marketing of other services offered by the firm
Oversee QA/QC procedures
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months
10+ years of experience or demonstrated ability in water/wastewater treatment design, project management, and business development
Experience in leading marketing efforts and proposal writing
Strong understanding of QA/QC protocols, OEPA regulations, and state/local environmental compliance
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of process, electrical and controls systems for water and wastewater systems
Knowledge of construction management and field inspection practices
Leadership and oversight of staff
