They are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to perform legal research, draft legal documents, attend court conferences, and handle various employment-related legal activities. The role requires a Juris Doctor and a license to practice law in Arizona.

Responsibilities
Performing legal research
Drafting legal memoranda
Drafting motions
Drafting pleadings
Attending court conferences
Handling discovery-related activities and investigations
Drafting position statements
Drafting dispositive motions
Attending and handling arbitrations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor
Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Arizona
During employment, you must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice
Candidates must possess four or more years of experience in Arizona
Excellent analytical and writing skills are required
Must be licensed to practice in Arizona
Preferred
Experience handling a single-plaintiff employment lawsuit from start to finish with minimal oversight is preferred
