Demand Generation Executive

The Senior Executive for the Demand Generation team will focus on SMS/WhatsApp Marketing, optimizing campaigns, tracking conversions, and ensuring effective marketing operations.

Responsibilities
Manage lead tracking across all tools and platforms, ensuring timely updates and accuracy
Track and analyze SMS campaign conversions, providing performance evaluations and actionable insights
Oversee the scheduling and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet set objectives
Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability and engagement, and proactively resolve any issues that arise
Maintain accurate campaign data sheets, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly organized for all ongoing campaigns
Track and manage lead activity dates, ensuring proper segmentation for future campaigns
Coordinate daily with nurturing/sales teams to ensure smooth follow-up on leads and continuous optimization of campaigns
Conduct regular engagement analyses and identify gaps in sales performance
Cross-check conversions, lead counts, and activity dates for accuracy and completeness, providing detailed reports on campaign performance and insights
Qualification
Required
Experience with CRM & Project Management tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills and the ability to track analyze and optimize performance data
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing data and workflows
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and exceptional communication skills for reporting and coordination
