Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist for their Cath Lab in San Diego. This role involves assisting in invasive cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with medical staff to provide exceptional care during cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in performing invasive cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab setting
Prepare and maintain sterile field during procedures
Monitor and document patients' vital signs and device functions throughout the procedure
Ensure all equipment is properly cared for and maintained for optimal performance
Communicate effectively with the medical team and provide patient education pre- and post-procedure
Adhere to safety and quality control protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Required

At least three (3) years of full-time experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist within the last five (5) years
Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory or Interventional Cardiology environment
Certification as one of the following: RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CCI), or RCVT - Registered Cardiovascular Technologist, or ARRT (CI or CV specialty) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA-approved)
Proficiency in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring systems, radiation safety, and sterile technique
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced procedural environment
This position requires a U.S. Citizenship
