They are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their Technology team, responsible for preparing valuations, writing memorandums, conducting M&A analyses, and executing transactions.

Responsibilities

Prepare valuations

Write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements

Prepare M&A analyses

Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings

Structuring and executing transactions

Function as a backup for relationships with important clients

Serve as the key contact for some clients

Assume some important new business responsibilities

Required

1 – 2 years of Investment Banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experience

Prior work experience involving financial analysis or transaction execution

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients

Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills

Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees
