Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities within healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and large physician groups
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and lead qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform and refine our sales and business development strategies
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless and effective sales process
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior leadership

Required

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management or senior-level role
Significant experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare management, operations, and the decision-making processes of healthcare organizations
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and market trends
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Preferred

An MBA is a plus
