Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs

Assist senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice under supervision

Stay current with developments in the law and maintain continuing legal education requirements

Recent law school graduate

Experience in conducting legal research and analysis on various legal issues

Experience in participating in client meetings and providing legal advice under supervision

Ability to stay current with developments in the law and maintain continuing legal education requirements
