Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize Leadership team coaching sessions

Monitor KPIs and goals for areas of improvement

Coach, monitoring KPIs for follow-up to identify areas for coaching

Schedule and coordinate and conduct coaching sessions

Hold staff accountable for their performance. Exercise Progressive Discipline to hold employees accountable

Conduct Sales Training for new hires

Assist Leadership team with current staff sales training and team coaching

Coordinate, conduct and follow-up on sales training

Respond to price, deposit, and return questions

Handle customer concerns

Cover and answer questions directed to the Sales Department email

Required

Must have a High School Diploma or a GED
