Responsibilities

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining security systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Conduct system inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate
Troubleshoot and repair electrified door hardware, ensuring seamless integration with security systems
Utilize hand tools and power tools to service and replace equipment following relevant codes and manufacturer specifications
Diagnose, test, and repair circuits, sensors, and components following wiring and system specifications
Install, test, and replace backup batteries, program keypads, troubleshoot sirens, and verify proper system operation
Provide technical support to clients, assisting with system operation, user training, and troubleshooting guidance

Required

Actively working with security systems, including IP cameras, access control devices, electrified door hardware, video management and recording appliances, intercoms, low-voltage systems, and other various security equipment
Experience in 1 or more systems including; Software house, Lenel, Salient, Genetec, Avigilon/Motorola, etc
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining security systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Conduct system inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate
Troubleshoot and repair electrified door hardware, ensuring seamless integration with security systems
