Motion Graphics Designer
The Daily Grace Co. exists to equip disciples with biblically rich resources, and they are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join their marketing team. This role will be responsible for producing engaging visual content for various marketing initiatives while aligning designs with the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities
Create eye-catching graphics, animations, and motion assets for social media campaigns, website, ads, and other marketing channels
Design visual assets for email campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and product development teams to bring campaigns to life
Translate complex messages into clear, visually compelling storytelling across digital platforms
Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Contribute creative input during brainstorming and campaign development
Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and social media best practices

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and digital campaign design
Excellent understanding of social media formats and design requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining creativity and quality
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with Christian publishing
